Inactive pet names still pop up the already has an owner message until I click back and submit a second time. Neelas can't be hacked to work that way so they just aren't getting created. Instead it simply goes to a blank page. I used both google chrome on mobile and firefox on desktop and got the same results.

I filed a ticket and was told to report it on this forum since they thought it was fixed. ;o
