Unable to access sP/items in shop/gallery

Hi, I have several old shops and I am unable to access the items/sP that are contained within them. The shop in question is "Sinister Matter" (I have remade another one with the same name), and the two galleries are "Collections" and "Awesome Stuff!". I can see these shops on my profile but I'm not able to access them to get the items/sP out. I filed a ticket a few days ago but I was told to make a post here instead to have programmers look into it directly.

Can you check to see if this has cleared up since the server issues were resolved? :)
No, it has not cleared up, I am still unable to access those galleries/shop.
Hi, if you are still having this issue, could you please describe what happens when you try to access the shop? For instance, do you get an error message? (From the top navigation: Commerce -> Your Shops -> You should see your legacy shops and galleries in the list that shows up here.)
