I got the extra wizard quest buff and did my wizard quests, but did not get the bonus wizard quest after I completed the initial 15. I also noticed that the main shop discount buff isn't expiring, as pointed out on other threads.

Edit: It's not expiring either. Time keeps getting added to it.
