I'm looking for a value on Amulet of Neutrality
No idea where to start with this one, any help would be much appreciated
Kinda depends on if you are buying or selling. If your actively trying to sell I would think somewhere between 300-500mil. If your actively trying to buy I think it would probably take 500-1bil to pry one out of someone hands since non are on trades right now.

Not sure the price should swing as much as you are saying based on if you are buying or selling - obviously in a "sellers" market they can dictate the price a bit but it sounds like from your estimates you are just trying to say 500m might be an average price.
