I visit it everyday and the most days I've gotten to without it resetting to 0 is 5. I visited it yesterday and now today it's again telling me it's my first time visiting.

Thank you! Today is day 5 so I plan on seeing if it does it resets tomorrow or doesn't. If it does, I shall create a ticket. I'm still trying to learn which is forum or ticket matters.

Usually if it is something that may just be happening to you or if you need a UA to look into your logs or return something, then it is a ticket issue. Sometimes there is a lot of grey area so it is always good to ask (and we don't mind helping)! Locking up since this is a ticket issue.
