Every time I put a new ornament into my ornament inventory I have to clear my cache for it to show up. :/ Anyone else having this issue?

If you're clearing your whole cache, you may want to try just doing a (couple of) hard refresh(es). That should work without you having to clear your cache everywhere else. x)
