After you read a book to your pets, it would be great if the item showed your pet's updated intelligence, sort of like how a food item will show your pet's hunger.

That would be very useful, especially when the aim of reading is to get a pet a job promotion. It would save having to go to the pet page or pet's profile to see if the intelligence target has been reached.

Sounds like a good QoL improvement to me!

I like this idea. Maybe have the AP total also, just in case you are reading a tonne of books to your pet to make sure that they can cast from a specific scroll.
