Wayfinder Hydrus Neela, has an ID under 1mil (908261). I grabbed them a while back with the intent of making a Moana fan pet. That didn't pan out and I've lost the motivation to do it, so he needs to go to someone who can give him more attention XD
I'm not super attached, so it's pretty much whoever wants him can have him, I just don't want to wipe the hydrus color by dumping him in the pound lol.
