I just donate 101 pumpkins to Charity. Out of those, I got 25 items back (three of them food that I donate back but got nothing for them). Out of those 25 items, only four are from this year. Why is she still giving out five year old Harvest Pixie and Imitation Rreign stuff??!?

Yeah I hate getting old stuff too. However, if I were a new user who hasn't been here for a gazillion years, I'd really appreciate getting the old stuff and the new stuff.

It wouldn't be so bad if it rotated, but if I'm not mistaken, she's been giving away the Harvest Pixie stuff every year since it came out.

Yeah, might be an idea to only include stuff from every other year instead of all of it. With a little over 100 items in the "pool" and 13 new items, you get a lot of older stuff vs new.

Yeah there's a lot of items in her pool of things to give out.. and the fact she'd rather just hug you like 90% of the time lol... gets old fast. xD

I think it took me nearly 500+ items to get all the new items... It took a while.

I wish staff would start retiring the really old items Charity has been giving out since she started, and leave only last years stuff in the item pool. And I wish they would cut back on the hugs. it seems like this year she is barely giving out any of the new items. Is the system broke or something?

She's not broken. She's always given out that many hugs. It just seems worse this year because there's so many accumulated items that most of us already have.

Maybe time to put up a suggestion that her drop rate be reviewed, or items retired. Or both. But she was always intended as a food sink, staff never wanted her drop rate to be very high.

I have donated 3 shop pages worth of food (and many duplicates of a lot of the items) and 99% of the time I got something it was an old item. I just wish the drop rates for the new stuff were a bit higher than the old. :/

It's pretty bad when I save food all year long and can't even manage to get all the new drops. I kinda feel scammed honestly.

I feel like Charity is more of a 'donate mass amounts of items to get rid of them from the site' kind of feature, sadly. :(
