I just came back from a few months hiatus and I noticed there's a new Inn at the Ratheskeler.

The only differences I could see were: Ratheskeler: 31 days max booking Resort: 21 days max booking, you can remove pets early, and Gold account can mass book pets.

Are those the only differences, or am I missing something? I looked through the backlog of news posts, but didn't really see anything about it.

They are indeed mostly the same. It used to be that the Inn would allow you a much longer stay and was easier to book your pets in. This made it totally worth the extra cost to get to the Omen Islands even when the map pieces were super expensive prices that they used to be.

The Rathskeller Inn has been around for years so? You used to be able to only get to it from the food shop and clicking on the link in NPC Babette's dialog, but it's been available from the map for more than a year

I think you can take pets out of the Inn early also. So it's a trade-off between Resort mass booking (if you have a GA) and a longer Inn stay

The inn's actually been there for a really long time.

Other than the max duration, nothing different really. You can also remove pets early from Rathskeller.

From the resort, you can see how many days remaining for all your pets, and it doesn't matter where you book them from.

You can remove pets early from the resort too through the pets page (I do it every time with my gourmand)
