I'm wondering if I need to send in a ticket or post somewhere. I have twice had a page on subeta redirect to a supposed "survey" which offers a $1 phone as a reward but redirects to an "adult" website instead. I can't see where to block the survey url in firefox, so exploring all options.

redirecting Ads are not acceptable ever, and since Subeta is PG 13 it's still reportable. I'd file a Ticket about it. Try to right click it to get information about it to paste into your ticket.

I don't know that Firefox itself allows you to prevent redirects but Chrome does. There is also an extension that is free for Firefox called AdBlock Plus. This extension does interfere with some Subeta features and I'm always a GA so I never have it on here
