I've been on here for -years- and I still don't know what the point of trapped minions is. Can the bubbles pop and you get the minion? Anyone have like a percentage chance of that happening? Is it worth it really? I was going to search for atopic already pertaining to this but I just also found out the search is temp disabled. Sorry, I'm obviously behind the times. :)

it's mostly for the achievements. yes, the bubbles can pop but the likelihood is very small - something like 1 in 700, or about 0.14%.

also the forum search hasn't worked in years. they got it working briefly but it broke again, and that was like five years ago so ¯(ツ)/¯

People overfeed Kadoaties over on Neopets all the time and those nasty things never go free or change their minds about what they want to eat. It's apparently something users like to do?

The Forum Search may be broken, but IMO it doesn't really matter that it is. Subeta is well-indexed on Google. Use "site=subeta.net" as one of your search terms and "forum" as another and you can find most anything.

Feeding trapped minions also turns up in Major Drills quests.

Yeah, I basically only feed them for Major Drills quests myself. I tend to have horrible luck, but as an example, I have fed 3144 trapped minions and as far as I can recall, received 3 total when the bubbles popped. Not great odds.
