i don't think it's linked from anywhere else, but the news page sidebar seems like a good place for it. you can also bookmark the page.

The News announcement says that they do plan on putting it somewhere. They just don't know where. I think it is likely it will stay under Check Out until they do.

To me, it "feels" like it should be under Help with it's own subject or at the very top of the FAQ in Help. OTOH maybe there's a Planeary Visitor's Center building amongst all the buildings sitting there in Centropolis.

I should probably bookmark mine too haha
