Ok, so does the Token Shop only restock when its announced in the news? Or does it restock off and on without indication and you have to just be a crazy refresher like on Neopets? I really want to know since my best bet for getting my WL items is from the Token Shop, but I'm worried that if its the latter, I've been missing out on potential scores because I'm sitting around waiting for a news post. Is it always announced? Or do I have to sit around refreshing and pray I click fast enough on what I want?

the first restock will be announced. There will be anywhere from four to six more restocks with the same array of items within the next 24 hours-ish. These will not be announced. There is a time-delay between purchases of 12 hours. If you're lucky then you can sometimes get two items per restock.
