General Updates: November 13
ANYWAY, ON WITH THE UPDATE....

I’M SORRY but I don’t have anything for this week! I’ve been out of town since Sunday visiting with my grandmother without my laptop. I’m back though and ready to work on user suggestions this weekend. ❤ I want to get back to where and I were a few months ago with lOTS OF GREAT LIL THINGS BEING DONE ETC. Holiday season is just so draining, gosh.
You might’ve seen the news post, but the Dailies Page is official now! I want to thank you all once again for the help/feedback.

Sort of the same deal here - I've also been out of town and I've also been swept up in the holiday season's coding needs. I know these weekly updates have been small recently; I'll do my best to at least keep up good communication and transparency on my end as things move forward.
I have a couple small things to mention:
☕ The user ping in the forum has been restored to its former glory! It's now got a user hover again, and it's also correctly icon'd now (no icon except for bday icon). News comments will be updated with this change shortly. The forum group ping is now also correctly linked. Thank you for your patience as we worked through this! ☕ When you get a new news post announcement at the top of the page, there's now an option to close it without having to navigate to the news page.
Other than that and the plot, my time's been spent on:
☕ Working on the CASH SHOP REVAMP ☕ Working on the NEW ITEM DIRECTORY mentioned in previous posts ;D Speaking of the Item Directory... check out this topic about the new CW section we're planning to add to it: CWs in the Item Directory ☕ Working with on some exciting site improvements we want to make, and other huge projects such as the new Pet Profiles system we discussed in the first half of the year. Sorry that's taking so long btw! It's a massive undertaking and I really wanna make sure it's not glitchy when we roll it out. It's still being steadily worked on :) ☕ Working on some code for the major holidays that are upcoming!
For this week's update, feel free to ping me () with questions about any of the above projects, and I'll do my best to answer. Also, quick reminder to head over to the Suggestions and Ideas forums if you have any suggestions... especially about small features/improvements we can do in upcoming sprints <3

Thanks so much for the update! I really love seeing what's being worked on at the moment. :D Oh, man, I completely forgot that you guys are working on a new pet profile system. Thank you for the reminder, I love messing with pet profiles so it's somehow both exciting and intimidating to know that's still being worked on, haha.
will the item directory be SubetaLodge staff friendly? "^_^

that we will not have to change the way we upload the items from Subeta to SubetaLodge for example, because we use the ID a lot, especially on holidays when there are many items.
Loving that the dailies page has been released officially! :D It'd be great to have it under the Subeta dropdown under games. ^^
Also liking that the birthday icon appears in pings now and I will be suuuper happy if the forum pings are genuinely fixed. c: Keen for the CS revamp!

I don't know anything about how SL uploads items, but items will still have ID numbers, and the item directory will definitely keep showing that information (if that's what you're asking? If not, feel free to keep clarifying lol)

yes this is what I wanted to know because we need to take this info, so in some sense it's the same information that we have now, but just more beautiful and updated Thanks :)
Yup, no problem! And the HTML/CSS will get updated to be more modern and properly formatted, so it might be end up being even easier for you guys (hopefully!)

Seriously, you guys are the best ❤ I can't put into words how awesome it is to see how much hard work you're putting into this site to make our lives more fun (and yours easier as well) and every little improvement just gets me more excited to see what other possibilities might be in store. It actually makes me happy to spend real money on CSC when I can, because you support us so well so I'm happy to give back in the little way that I can (and I wish I could but I can't articulate any better than that, it's Friday night and it's been a long week and I'm worded out soz but youse guise just rok ok)
