Your challenge for this chapter is to decode Princess' message from the clues in the chapter, and the ones hidden in the internet famous, and exceptionally clever poster from the UK artist, Pello. You may have already tried making a list from this poster, and you do NOT have to do it now! You only have to break Princess' clue code and reach the secret nook to get the shard. One solution per team, and only one hint allowed per team (500 point bonus if you don't use it.) Solution should be smailed by Nov. 17 at 11:59 pm Subeta time. It's a hard conundrum worth 2000 points. Good luck everyone!

! Are we still lost in the maze of books? (you KNOW how distracted I get by books!)

(ps. I'm not going to be able to get to this, till tuesday at the earliest)

I'm hungry!! I didn't see any cafes or place for cookies and tea this whole time! You can't eat books!!... or can you?

We made it out...but you know how smart I am about this kind of stuff? throws a rock into a fountain Yeah, that smart. :P

DID YOU NOT SEE ALL THE FOOD WITCHY MADE US??? She even used old shoes and turned them into eclairs. So...lots of yums.

But I'm still hungry!! Pending and Gallileon are little piggies and have sharing issues!

I've been away all weekend and lost some pings trying to use my limited internet so I have no idea what is happening =/

Ack!!! is twerking again!!!! We might be in some kind of danger!!.. I mean besides her dancing danger!

I am so, so sorry for the delay. There were two reasons for this:

1. Some of my smails did not arrive until days after they were sent. It wasn't just the Squirrel folks. They were gifts that I never got, etc.

2. The wildfires in California. While I was not directly affected (thank every power for that,) Everyone pitched in because of what happened to Paradise. If you are of strong heart, you might want to watch this:

Since all the techs for our local internet weren't readily available when it went down. (It's a very small company.) I had very little to no internet service for days. As long as it helped the rescue effort, I didn't mind, but it did delay things here.

I did a Starbuck run to check the progress, and was able to respond to StrayWillow, who was afraid I hadn't gotten her submission, which I finally did, albeit days late. One of our judges was visiting family in Thousand Oaks, and got caught in that end of the state. Everyone is all right in his family, thankfully, and my internet is back in full swing, so I should be able to give you ALL the scores tomorrow.

SOOOO, what I've decided to do is open the Prize Shop for your first choice lists (you get three prizes). If there's more of you that want a certain item, and I can't fill that, I'll award it to the highest scoring member. I think this will work and get you your prizes faster.
