Ok i joined a few months ago and went poking around subeta. I came across the blue building and got the password, however the stupid ol' me didn't note it down and now I have forgotten what it is. Anyone knows how I can retrieve it or get a second one?

There's no need to worry about that. It's just a random event that you need to encounter before entering the blue building. It's effectively saved for you.
