Bad news.

My court case was dismissed. It was ruled in favour of the landlord.. err I MEAN slumlord.

I HAD all the evidence. Paper, photos you name it. He had NONE. I just don't understand the ruling.

I asked my mom if I can move back for a little while. Her response? She laughed.

I have a major fucking headache.

P.S. My shoulder surgery is tomorrow and I'm really feeling depressed because of this whole situation.

[edit] I have BUGS GALORE running out of the rotting sections in the bathroom.

I'm sure it's only a matter of time before the tub breaks through the floor, the fridge dies and not to mention other things.

I was looking all night and there's nothing in the price range I can do, without putting my name into housing (that can take 5 years plus).

So sorry to hear about your setback. I have no idea about the rules of law/evidence where you live, but experience has taught me that the judges themselves don't always know. Wishing you the best of luck moving forward.

The plumber at the company that always came to service the leaks was FIRED because my landlord was paying him bribe money.

I can't even get the fridge replaced.
