You can purchase a slot for 2000CSC each here, get it from a Loyalty Box (awarded every year from your 2nd sign-up anniversary), or get it from a community event like the questathon recently.

Everything Luka said, and you can also get them in the Millionaire Center for SP. The price starts at 20 mil and increases by another 20 mil for each one you buy.
