I use the million sp zapper option on myself, can anyone tell me if, and when I can also use the cheaper wizard token zapper please?

I'm pretty sure the pet zapper didn't have a cooldown on it when I zapped myself at reset. I didn't check the human zapper at all, but I think they share a cooldown

Edit: But the cooldown is 90 minutes, so if there IS a cooldown and I missed it, then probably the usual 90 minutes? [edit] Just checked and no, there's no cooldown after the bribe zap
