i dont want hand out. i am not looking for sad tears or charity. good now what can i do get my hydrus back. since such a hard thing to come buy. which out spending to much real cash. i have aboout 35 million on me and can get more. just looking for idea mainly. cheap ways to get him back. was trying toi zap my self he well to many thing to get zapped. i picked the wrong zapper

When Merana is available, you can just do her quest and she'll change your Mahar back to hydrus :) She's supposed to appear for 12 hours at a time, at random intervals. It's been a while since I got my hydrus pet, but if I recall correctly, her quests are pretty cheap!

She appears on the world map when she's available, or if you don't want to keep checking, you can join this group and get pinged once she appears: https://subeta.net/forums.php/read/869600/Merana-ping-group-hydrus

You just need to wait until Merana shows up on the world map and do a quest for her. I'm not sure if you can get Hydrus from the but it would probably be much, much more expensive to go that route

Join the Merana spotting for finding her. She does show up pretty often. Once you find her, do her quest, they aren't usually that expensive.
