Can I post in the 'Site Feedback' section in the forums? Is there an email, or some other way?
The best place is probably Suggestions and Ideas forum. There are subforums there as well depending on what specific suggestion you have.

Feedback is more general than Suggestions & Ideas and isn't really requesting any action. You would use that forum if you just don't like something or wish something could be better but have no specific ideas. Feedback is about opinions and is subjective only to you. Suggestions & Ideas are specific things you are Suggesting that potentially affect everybody, so everyone will comment there.
