Limited the Nostalgic Ruffie

I love this guy so much but am just uninspired by him. I would love to see him get the story and attention he deserves. I dont ask for much, just a short app with tentative plans for his story/character. I would prefer that you keep the color/species combo but it isnt a hard limit for me.
