I came back after a few months because I couldn’t sign in. I did, somehow today and all my pets and sPs are gone! All my lovely pets.... I had over 5 mil sPs.

Can someone give me some advice?

ETA: I have a pet named after my UN but I never created this pet...

I suggest filing a ticket.

I'm only guessing, but it seems like someone hacked your account. What you experienced isn't normal.

If you don't login for over a year, people can claim your pet names - but your pets would remain on your account, and they would be renamed OLDPETNAME+bunch of numbers. Your sP and other items would all still be there.

[edit] Accounts are not cleared! They remain intact - only names are released. What's described here is a completely different issue.

Oh man, that's awful :c I would suggest contacting staff asap; they might be able to figure out who hacked you from old logs, if they have access to them.

I had 9 pets in all. Can’t remember the names though :(
