Hi, Is there an item that takes away levels? I know there if for the other stats but I can't find a level one :(

There is no level leech (like the other leech items).

There is: Bottled Rift Essence which gives you -1 to +1 level & other stats Evil Potion which gives you -2 to +5 level & other stats Hydragellos Essence gives you -1 to -10 level, and adds random other stats. Mixed Blessing Potion -1 to +3 level & other stats

Only the Hyrdrgellos Essence is guaranteed to remove levels, the rest just have a small chance.

There's also the that is a guaranteed level dropper ( I think -1 to -2? not sure), but that thing is super expensive.

What would be the point of lowering a pets level? Im still pretty new to battling and only have a tier 3 pet.

If the pet is overleveled, the training time is longer. It happens when your pet's level is over any amount that ends in 49.

There are many ways this can happen, such as from boosters (especially tomes), jobs, the zapper, and the training center if you get multiple stats.

Your pet's level affects how long and how expensive the training sessions are at the training center. So if you accidentally get your pet's level higher than you wanted it to be, it can mess some things up with that.

Do you know if the skull of power is a single use item?

It's single use just like the stat leeches.
