Toggle CS Hustler alerts on/off

I think we should get an option in Preferences to toggle the Hustler alerts on/off.
I find them annoying enough on the pet pages can't imagine how bad it is for people who don't have the CustomCSS to remove the Hustler alerts. I can imagine being a new user and finding these alerts really annoying.
I know we have Custom CSS to remove the alert but Custom CSS doesn't work on petpages and it's such a pain when it shows up.

There was a time, before I got my new computer, that I had to use an older browser because my old computer couldn't support a newer one. At that time I couldn't click the x to close the hustler because the x sat right on top of the buy button. My only solution was to simply not visit pet pages.

Full support! I'd love for the Hustler to at least not show up on pet pages by default.

I'm gonna check if I can just remove it from pet profiles altogether. That seems to be the most annoying place for them to show up and the only place that can't be toggled with custom CSS.

I still think it should be considered as a feature to toggle on/off. Maybe users have to visit the Hustler to get alerts from him? I just think as a new user it would really put me off the site if I were constantly bombarded with requests to go buy this CSC item.
