What are these warning i'm getting? Did I break the rules without even knowing? Example of one of them: Warning: Use of undefined constant item - assumed 'item' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /var/www/html/include/user.php on line 2646

It's not a warning directed at you for anything you did, it's a coding warning that means something on the page may not work properly if it's not fixed.

They've been doing updates to the website's servers which is what's causing the warnings. They're going through and fixing things when they have a chance.
