A name I am watching is on a profile that said it is due to clear on 8/19/18 at 3pm but the profile has not cleared yet. Is this normal?

It could be related to the server updates they're doing, some other stuff didn't reset at midnight like it was supposed to and had to be done manually by a staff member.

You should probably make a report thread in the P&B forum about it.
