I just had a pet transferred to me and I can't battle with it. I can't seem to find (I'm sure it is somewhere obvious) the rules around transfers.

Is it still true that high level pets lose 10% of their stats (or is that changed now that you can't battle for some time)?

What is the time limit until I can battle?

WHERE is this information haha?

Ping me, thanks <3

I’m not sure where it’s spelled out, but transferred pets must wait 30 days before being allowed to battle again. Not sure if the losing 10% of stats is true. No one I know of has tested it.

I know losing stats only applies after they've hit 2k and it is 10% so the person letting the pet go and the one taking it in have to be sure it works for them because thats 200+ points to make back. I think the 2k applies to each stat not the overall stat counts. When you got your t11 how bad was the stat drops?

FINALLY GOT THE 15K WARDROBE DONE!!!!! Next up gutting and selling it.

- I feel like the 30 day no battle is enough to deter transferring of pets just to beat certain challengers. That would be 30 days for the person who got it, then 30 for the original. I don't see many of the battlers wanting to give up battling (or BQs haha) for that long.

I don't know the history, I thought maybe the 30 day ban was introduced after as another solution to stat loss, 10% of even a 1000 stat pet is a lot.

Back around November I sent pets with high stats to some friends and they never lost those stats. I think the policy had been changed to just be 30 days waiting. BUT I could be wrong, they might have put that back into motion sometime this year. All I know is 30 days waiting to battle is still very much a thing. If you really need to know, perhaps file a ticket to be sure? About the stats I mean.

- I'm more asking about the stats out of curiosity. It just seems like a steep price to pay, especially if they implemented the 30 day rule as well (seems to be deterrent enough).

Oh well, my most important question has been answered. Thanks all!
