I am interested in having the hoarder achievement

Does it include CWs or only the items from subeta itself

Unfortunately, the hoarding achievements are retired, and there's a limit of 10k items you can hold in a gallery now

it looks like they have 2 hoarders though?

The Hoarder! achievement with tiers up to 45,000 items is retired (but for what it's worth, yes, CWs counted) The Super Shop! achievement, also with tiers up to 45,000 but including duplicates instead of only unique items, is also retired.

There's an achievement just called Hoarder with one tier that shows up if you search hoard. That one is a legacy achievement from an old, old achievement system before I even joined the site over six years ago, and is also long since retired (but not marked for some reason, probably because it's in the Legacy category, although you can't see that if you use the search)
