So how do I get my self out there as a youtuber? Ive been posting on twitter and using # and pinging brands in my post. I recently started a tumblr acount. I have a blog. SO far I have 63 subscribers.. I do shopping haul videos I do product reviews. I am a nonpaid and nonsponsered youtuber. I am disabled so I do have difficulty with some things.

before you ask I am saving up for a tripod. I am trying to set up a better area for filming. I am not willing to spend money on fake subscribers to make my numbers increase. (yes there is a way to do this and im not willing to do it.)

Youtube is an insanely flooded market with everyone trying to do everything to get noticed on there, so someone's chances of making it big are pretty slim tbh.

Having a specific setup and good lighting, camera and editing skills are pretty key. Having engaging titles and relevant topics are definitely important -- especially if you're trying to get involved in the makeup community (which is a whole other bag of cats in itself...)

You just have to keep posting videos, and having a consistent uploading schedule. Posting something once a month or sporadically isn't really ideal, especially if you're just getting started.

ive been a member of youtube since 2012.

Ive noticed my review videos usually get lots of view.. I mean when I look at my statistics Most of my biggest chunk of views comes from my review videos and a few other videos. One of my videos has over 2 thousand views.. But no one is telling me what they like about my videos so im not sure what direction to go in..

Im not expecting a thousand or even 900 subscribers.. I would just like a comment telling me that people appreciate what I do.. or they enjoy my videos or they find my videos helpful.. or they learned something from me..

Im $6.00 away from a tripod! I so need it.. I need both hands free to apply makeup(instead of one hand holding camera and the other struggling to open things). I also need to be in front of the camera more instead of behind it filming..

UPdate 8/2/16 I am now $4.00 away from a tripod!! i am getting so close.. I will also be doing a unboxing video of something I bought. (it is NOT makeup or skincare it is something you can not wear but you can gift)
