Hi everyone! I'm a newbie here and thought I'd introduce myself.

My name's lucky3, I just joined a couple days ago and so far I'm having a lot of fun!! I love all the avatar customization options and the exploration. One thing I'm having a little trouble with is figuring out eyes and lips, though. Whenever I put them on they layer over the base stuff and look really weird. Anyone know a fix for this?

Welcome! I just came back after a long while. But I never used this account before so sorry I can't help!

If I understand the question right you mean when you put on items that affect the eyes the look weird yes? )For instance my eyes on my current AH are not one of the base eyes but from items...)

You can move your eyes base layer below a background and that prevents it from interfering with the look! You are also suppose to be able to "turn off" the base layers by clicking on the little eye that is on the tab for that base layer but it doesn't always work for me...
