i like so many of the experiment pets that it will probably only take me a few zaps before i get one i want to keep. but... i have no idea what to name a pet that could become almost anything. usually i decide what species and color i want first.

of course i could choose a name based on a particular experiment, and then zap until i get that specific one. but that could get very expensive, especially since i eventually want more than a dozen experiments!

and i would rather not have to use too many name changes/swaps, either.

oh well, i am sure i will think of some good names eventually ^___^

Naming pets is hard, period. Even when I have a great idea for a pet species/color combo, I don't know what to name them.

I did have a wonderful idea for a certain pet of mine, the name was based on its species/color. Then they revamped the pet, I hated the revamp and the replacement no longer works with the name (the revamped pet didn't work with the name either). And since I don't like changing names I'm now stuck with a very specific name for a pet that doesn't fit it at all.

Maybe a more 'generic' name will work out better?

yes, i am thinking about generic names. maybe i can try random syllable combinations until i find one i like
