It goes by Subeta time, which is the time that the site clock runs on and all of the times for things like comments, forum posts, and news posts and everything like that.
It seems like you're 5 hours ahead, so 11:59 PM Monday for Subeta should be 4:59 AM Tuesday for you. :)
If you want to use a time converter website or something, Subeta time is the same as US Eastern time.

The Bonus Weekend would end at 6:59 pm on Monday for you. It would end at 4:59am for someone who is 5 hours behind Subeta time, not 5 hours ahead.
