i adopted a beautiful chibi yaherra, and i was wondering what would be appropriate to feed him. i know pets do not technically require specific diets (or any food at all), but i like to stick with Subeta lore when i'm browsing the Food Market.

obviously there are prominent peacock elements in the yaherra's design, and the forehead also looks a little armadillo-like, which to me suggests they may be insectivores. but the hooked beak seems more like a bird of prey. they also look like they might be related to Irions, in which case they are probably carnivorous (and really big).

what do you think?

I always thought of them as peacock horses. I guess the horse part would make them eating hay and grass and oats and that sort of thing.

Is this going to form their TC, or are you only going to feed them certain things?

I imagine a lot of fruits, veggies, seeds, and bugs and small mammals (eg, mice) maybe?

Eyes. They eat eyes.

It helps to nourish the eyes on their tails.
