Hi there!
I love pets. Any kind, and I love to see people talk about their pet, showing him/her off ect. I love to show mine off too LOL. Here's a fews picture of mine, also posted in my introduction post. I have many more picture of hedgehogs, but here's some.
Ps : Yes, i'm a breeder. A small breeder. Atm boyfriend and I have only 2 female that can be paired with a male, 3 male ( if you are a breeder you know you should have more female than male but ILOVETHEM ) + 3 that I can't breed, 2 retiree + one who's sick and never gonna be a mommy.
Sister's, Vanille ( left ) and Diansie ( right ) the one on the left passed away recently, sadly. She was the first baby of the first litter we ever had that we kept, her sister's of course from the same litter but long story short, we got to take her back with us after a years, Splat, Diansie was sleeping. Vanille who look like a little vampire. All hogs have little fangs like that, I just loved how we see them on this picture. Chipits in her bath. The water's white because it's oatmeal water, very hydrating for hedgehog. Tuxedo being an handsome hog. He's a male. See the little bellybuttom he have on his belly? That's his D. That's how you tell a male and a female apart. Jasmine & Diansie the red dot is just water based nail polish, we, breeder, use that to tell baby apart of hedgehog that look alike and live together too. Jasmine's the white one, also doing a splat. Sharpie He was one of the babies we had. We had him for long because we wanted to find the PERFECT family since he have rash. We wanted to make sure the family know the work he is, one of the best baby ever. Was super funny and gentle. Also a fatass. Virgule She's the one I named my pet on subeta after. She's pretty fat but should also have her first baby REALLY soon. She's super nice and beautiful.
Now, the time you'Ve been waiting for.. BABY HOGS.
4 babies we had on a litter. Their mommy hurted them, I had to seperate them from their mommy and handfed them. It's was long and time consuming, but worth it. The one on the left is baby Sharpie, one of the adult I showed earlier. Baby girl. Another baby from the previous litter. Young baby. Younger baby, also from the previous litter, just younger. Same litter just a younger one again. A beautiful white faced baby we had on another litter, a bit older as you can see.
I can post pictures later, I tend to foster cats and dogs. I also raise chickens, geese, and rabbits. It's a good set of tasks to spend time on until I can get out of this rut I'm in. The majority are simply pets, the ladies providing a steady flow of eggs.
As I present them, I'll account their odd names. I never give a pet a "normal" name.
Forgot to ping.
Sorry I never got your ping as it's Vero and not Vera, but it's ok haha.
Awesome, i'd love to see them! I also looovveee out of ordinary name! When a person adopt one of my baby hog and name him Sonic or Cactus, i'm just, BLEH. It's the most common name for a hedgehog, please.. Find something esle x.x
