Hey everyone!
I've been wracking my brain to figure out Amortentia's TC, then I had an epiphany when I read this sentence :
"Amortentia smells different to each person, according to what attracts them. "
I've decided to ask the community to participate in her TC and see which item would depict a smell that attracts you. It can be any smell, for example Hermione smells toothpaste and fresh cut grass because they remind her of Ron. I think I'd smell rain and fresh doughuts.
What about you? What do you think you'd smell?

I believe it's possible that I would smell orange.

The ocean

Definitely lilacs ♡ They remind me of my grandparents who passed. I have them tattooed and had some in my wedding and everything haha :)

Probably maple syrup. Or cinnamon rolls.

Hay. Especially if it also contains different herbs.

I also do like the smell of wood.

I might smell dust and straw, well-worn leather, and sweet clover. I might smell the delicate perfume of honeysuckle and sweet summer petrichor. I might smell a hot cup of cocoa, an old musty book, and the sharp air of a winter morning.

No scent exists alone and I feel like no one scent can capture the essence of love.

Baby powder and fabric softener - anything that reminds me of soft, clean bed sheets ahaha

I think I would be along the lines of fresh coffee (or tea), fresh bread (or food), and fresh air (day or night, or after a rain but usually that smell when the sky is clear).

hmm for me i think stuff like...

(yeah, idk why but the smell of sunscreen makes me feel good. maybe bc it makes me think of spending nice summer days at the beach with my family.)

old books a good rain shower sizzling fajitas always make me think of home.

This is a lovely idea. So I'm spending a while finding items for it! These are some scents that give me a good, happy feeling, either eager or contented ...

Woodlands and forests.

Rain, and just after rain.

Warm clean cat fur.

Woodsmoke.

Books.

Wild beaches.

Christmas.
