PINA COLADA DAY

This drink is a delicious mix of all the things that speak to the Caribbean and tropical locales, with the pineapple juice mixed together with a rich coconut cream, spiked up with just a bit of white rum into the mix or even non-alcoholic. Is there anything that speaks more of warm white sand beaches and beautiful azure skies than a drink that was born on those same shores?

Oh no, it's a catte-fish!

I make lots of HAs that I don't use for anything much so sometimes I use older ones in contests, but only ones that have never been in contests before. But I just made this one because I just got this makeup for her.

The best cocktail I ever had was one that my friend Yukiko used to make for me at a bar that doesn't exist any more in Japantown. It was like a strawberry daiquiri, but it had just a little bit of pineapple juice in it (but not too much, because pineapple flavour alone doesn't taste good to me) and some other fruity things, and it was so good.

That was almost 20 years ago, though. Sigh.

My usual favourite cocktail is a cosmopolitan.

It's been a quite long time since I drank a cocktail (i'm more a beer man) my favorite has always been Cuba Libre especially on summer nights

1. I rarely if ever drink cocktails haha but I looked up online and a cocktail I'd enjoy drinking would be strawberry flavored. I like strawberry anything ;D Like I'd choose strawberry ice cream and drink strawberry yogurt. I'd enjoy it at the beach, especially at a tropical beach, I'd enjoy the sea and the breeze while sipping on my cocktail. Okay, these contests are SO much fun!

My favorite cocktail is one that my neighbor introduced me to, via Tipsy Bartender--she's a bartender, so she's always looking for fun things to try. It's called the "Galaxy Cocktail" and it is soooooo delicious... (The picture does the colors no justice!)

Purple Layer: Tequila, Blue Curacao, Lemonade, Grenadine, blend w/ ice

Blue Layer: Blue Curacao, Triple Sec, Vodka, Lemonade, blend w/ ice

Layer as desired; rim with Pink Sugar

1. I don't drink alcohol so it's strictly mocktails for me! One of my main favorites is a Bay Breeze Mocktail!

1. I really haven't had a lot of cocktails because most of the time they're so expensive. I do really love slushy strawberry margaritas and Moscow Mules. To be honest the only cocktail I've tried that I didn't like are Bloody Marys.

2. I made an HA inspired by each of those cocktails ;)

Let's go with this one because it's pretty! In general I like a mix of sweet, bitter and sour. Yum. Bitter lemon is my all-time favourite beverage (and it's basically just tonic water plus lemon juice). :D
