Workshops are similar to the clubs we had in the past. They're structured roleplays centered around a specific topic and last about two weeks. Below you will find the FAQ organized by , the Workshop Application, and available Workshop dates.

THERE ARE NO HOUSE POINTS AWARDED FOR HOSTING/PARTICIPATING IN WORKSHOPS.

What are workshops? Basically they are condensed and focused clubs.

How will they work? Workshops will be run by members. Each workshop will be lead by one or two captains who will choose the subject and style of RP. What this means is that you as a member can decide on the subject you want to RP around and the direction the workshop will go on. Keep in mind the workshop will be two weeks long. Being super specific might make the RP difficult in many ways.

Need to know?

• Workshops must be related to the Harry Potter world.

Subjects that can be used:

• School Subjects: Classes, electives, and extracurricular
• Quidditch: flying, practice, and strategy
• Diagon Alley/Hogsmeade: Shop owners and careers
• Ministry of Magic - Magical careers. Aurors, Healers, etc
• Specific to Hogwarts Roleplaying in the kitchens or interacting with the giant squid, etc.
• Field Trips

Subjects that cannot be used: -Dangerous and/or poisonous plants. -Dangerous and/or uncontrollable magical creatures.

Here are the available weeks for this term and how long they will run for. These dates are tentative and subject to change. Keep in mind there might be 1-2 days of overlap between workshops.
