No, it doesn't look like it. And it's not onsite, but you can use Subetalodge for that kind of thing

There isn't one available, but the Marsh Potion and a regular Telenine elixir are both pretty cheap. :)

Also Subetalodge is a great site with a list of all of Subeta's items and pet colors.
