☕ This page now includes an explanation of how pet leashes work.
☕ There is a little preview of your current active leash.
☕ There are clear buttons to change the text for your leashed pets, and to change (or remove altogether) your active leash.

Night Bug rest well and thanks for keeping us informed!
thank you kindly for this!!
2 smol questions if i may!
1- what is the purpose of a pet that says "leashed (but not active)"? (shall i suggest to also add that to the explanation/text at the top) (ie.: You can leash as many pets as you want at once --- but since only one shows in forum, what else does it do?)
2- if we find little tidbits (unrelated to this news here) that need fixed, what is the most recent/updated page to post them now and shall we ping you or not? it's been a lil' while and there are so many places i get confused and i wanna do it right hehe!
thank you!! n_n
Thanks for this week’s update. Rest up Amber.

It means that the pet has a leash on - mostly that just means it'll save whatever text you write there, even if the leash isn't being displayed on the forums. If a pet is "not leashed" that means there is really no leash data for it whatsoever.
Little tidbits can be posted in the Problems and Bugs forums! No need to ping me since I check them. It's perfectly fine to make new topics even if it's a really small bug. For typos and stuff though, there is a specific form you can use.
No no is the one who is sleeping xD I feel like every week we have people confused about the format of our post. I'll take suggestions for how to make it clearer who is speaking in each half lol.

Maybe put a shared HA that represents you at the beginning and end of your own section? Use the sCode for horizontal line break hr?
The shared HA would make the post way too long vertically. It takes up so much space and would cause a lot of unnecessary scrolling. We could try the horizontal rules though, thanks :)

Yeah I knew it would force vertical scrolling which is part of the point. It requires users to think about why you did that.
If a user was paying super close attention to all y'all's posts on this you mightn't need to (virtually, no real violence here) metaphorically hit them on the head with a hammer to grab their attention and say "hey this is a shared post dudes and dudettes and other awesome Subeta-playing-folks"
Or they could be trolling you both, since you often end up having to clarify :)
This is great, thank you so much for this update! I forgot how to leash pets for a while the other day, so I'm really grateful for this! However, the link showing my actively leashed pet doesn't seem to work; the pet ID is blank, instead of having my pet's ID.

Thanks as always to you both and have a great sleep! :)
RIP Mom, I love & miss you more than you know. Tell Dede hi.
Ocean Conservation Namibia on YouTube... they do good work! https://www.ocnamibia.org
I didn't realize the leashing system was confusing... I understood it, and I'm pretty dang ditzy... but thanks for fixing it! I'd like it if those of us who don't have a GA at the moment could see the page, though, even if we obviously can't use the function.
