Does anyone know how often Merana visits? I know she only sticks around 12 hours when she does, but is it like, weekly, monthly, yearly?

it's not particularly regular. she tends to appear every week or two, but there have been times where it's been a couple months between appearances. if you haven't already, joining the merana ping group may be helpful so you'll be alerted when she appears.
