Since it was a Boutique Item, I thought it would be an unlockable style...but apparently it isn't.

neither of the teiss hairs are redeemable, and i'm not sure if they were ever intended to be. but that does make them outliers, as i'm pretty sure all other boutique hairs are redeemable, including zoe and viv hairs (although the latter are listed as r125 instead of r130).

(there might be an exception with an older delish hair where the file for its art got lost or something like that, though it may have been resolved by now.)

Nope, I have a lot of Delish hairs redeemed like Blaze, Rainstorm, and Dignity! I need Ayr soon.
