I've started a collection in her TC, but I'm at a loss of where to go from here. I guess you could say I'm a bug elitist, because I don't want anything nasty in her TC like those creepy centipedes that Quentin gives out. Some of the ones currently in her TC are kind of tentative, too. (I'm not sure if I ultimately want to be inclusive of worms or spiders, for one thing.)

I don't know where to look for more, so can y'all help me out? :)

yeeeh I love tiny tc items ^^" as well as realistic stuff so a few bugs wont be listed! Have you already checked out the Minionizer from subetalodge? Im sure they also have a bug-minion list

I haven't checked the minionizer yet, partly because I too am looking mostly for realistic things. Maybe a few that aren't as long as they don't draw too much attention to themselves. Plus, I wanted to find things that were bugs but weren't minions. Thanks for the link to the list! I wasn't aware of it. :)
