I believe that there are no more item-stealing random events, but the Pet Zapper can still hit inventory items, correct? Can it destroy rarity 202 "Not Tradeable" items?

I want to clear my inventory out for zapping, but I've saved up too many loyalty boxes to lock (and since r202s still can't be moved anywhere, including into vaults, there's no other way to keep them safe).

I'm pretty sure that it's not supposed to be able to zap no-trade items for the reason you mentioned about not being able to move them out of your inventory.

If you ever notice that it somehow happens as a mistake, you should be able to file a ticket to report it and have it fixed.

the zapper is located in darkside. you can use it to zap your pets, which can result in a number of random outcomes including changing your pet's color/species, changing your pet's gender, increasing your pet's stats, transforming your pet's minion into something eles, etc. it can also "accidentally" destroy an item in your inventory, so if you're zapping a pet, make sure you don't have anything important or valuable sitting unlocked in your inventory.
