Some purchases from Grooming Parlor later, I have ascertained that there is in fact a Grooming category.
All of the following, though, are in Clothing (and should be in Grooming):

If I were you I'd check the other deodorants, brushes, combs, Eau de's...

Kerbunfru Orb is in the right category, I think (food, since it's edible) - but, it's got a weapon Tier on its popup even though it can't be put in the Armory. This makes me think something's up with it.

Arid Box of Tissues is in the Clothing category. That doesn't seem right as it is not wearable or in any way clothing-like. It should probably go into Grooming also.

Not hundred percent sure this is the right forum, but the Granny Telly Plushie shows up in the wardrobe (it shows the overlay from Big Bad Family Album). Outside of the wardrobe its correctly classified as a plushie and doesn’t show an overlay.

I should have asked this earlier: Is there a method to the categorization of items? Like is it based around the item name and/or item image? The various options an item may or may not have? Any direction in this regard would be greatly appreciated so I can hopefully be a little more helpful. Because right now I'm going more or less off the item name and image
