Did I misinterpret the news post where it says Scootles don't stay genderless if their species changes? I'm not sure if this is suppose to happen or not.
I created one (Splintered) and then the zapper zapped it into a Terracoon. It stayed genderless.

"Oh, one more thing: it appears that wild scootles are genderless - but they do not keep this trait if they are changed into another species. How interesting! I can’t wait for the Subetapedia article!"
From the news post, so it seems like yeah they are intended to change if they change species. Although I'm not sure why it needs to be that way, but maybe you could post it on Problems & Bugs for staff to look at if it's not working how it's supposed to.
Thank you. Yeah, it looks like I'll post in P&B just to double check.
I tried looking back on the news comments and the forums but didn't see anyone address that part. I doubt I was the first to change my Scootle's species since then.
