Last time I was on subeta like actively... in 2012... Merana was available 24/7. Can anyone lmk how this works now?

After a plot Merana left the island and appears on the map once or twice a day for a few hours (I think it was 2 hours?). If you are looking for her, theee is a ping group for spotting
