I keep trying to add my name and gender to my basic user info, but it keeps saying that my email is invalid or already in use. I'm just using the email that I made this account with. I'm so confused, how do I fix this?

i think you have a better chance of getting a good answer if you file a ticket so you can speak directly with a staff member.
