I am confused as to what you are asking. What sort of building is this? Is it a finished building or more of a shed? How long is this for? What are your power sources? What units of measurement are you using? What is the purpose of this building?

What do solar lights need to be powered? Sun. So the part that needs sun to power whatever it is you're talking about needs to be outside. However, they need to be wired to something, so I'm pretty sure whatever it is you're talking about, you've misunderstood or something. If you just need light, buy a lantern. They are battery-powered as well.

You need to state your units of measurement! 10 x 16 of what? Meters? Feet? Are you using the metric system or the imperial system?

Collapsible tables are small. Either get a different table or deal with it, not much else you can do.

You don't need a fan unless you're working on certain materials in which case you need a much bigger area and proper ventilation. Like before, either deal with it or go out of your way to be comfortable. If you are working on materials that need ventilation, DO NOT. You can and probably will be harmed in a small area with no proper ventilation.
